Ghost Dance failing to proc when hit
As shown in the following frames, Ghost Dance has a tendency to simply not proc. Shown below are the frames directly before and directly after being hit. Ghost Dance is enabled on both of my weapon sets.
Exhibit A shows a large hit, which takes a third of my life and my whole Energy Shield, which procs the consuming of all four Wind Dancer stacks, which only occurs when melee hit. This hit also causes the loss of all Tailwind stack, another "when hit" effect. As you can see, Ghost Dance does not consume a Ghost Shroud or restore my Energy Shield, despite it being a hit. Ghost Dance remains at five charges. Exhibit B shows a moderate hit, taking another third of my life. Yet again, Ghost Dance does not consume a Ghost Shroud, nor does it restore my Energy Shield by any amount. Ghost Dance remains at five charges. Exhibit C shows a third hit dealing a small amount of damage to my life. The one Tailwind stack generated beforehand is consumed, again confirming that this is without a doubt a hit. Unfortunately, Ghost Dance disagreed, refusing to consume a Ghost Shroud or restore my Energy Shield. Ghost Dance remains at five charges. Exhibit A

I do not know exactly this bug occurs, only that it is related to having Ghost Dance enabled on both weapon sets. For builds such as mine, which regularly switch between weapon sets and spend a considerable time with each weapon out, this bug is a severe detriment. Please consider fixing this promptly, GGG.
