[Audiance with the king] Stage 2 bugged!

Hey, what a wonderful evening for POE 2.

So, I decided to go after my last-tier Audience with the King.
I bought the ticket via currency exchange and went in.
I entered phase 2, the labyrinth, but the exit was bugged—I couldn't enter the last phase. (I was in the right spot, and this wasn’t my first run.) The outcome? Death in the "gas."

I decided to give it another shot, and the same thing happened.
I was tilted. I took my last 5 divines and went in again—same thing happened again.

Right now, I'm so mad. Do you know how long it takes to make 15 divines? And I lost everything because of one bug. I'm so pissed off. I understand it's BETA, but when people are losing currency they've grinded tens of hours for, that is not OK, in my opinion.

Does GGG even compensate players for losses caused by bugs? Or is it just, "F***, it was a bad day... better luck next time"? Grind another 300 hours, and maybe you'll get lucky...
(I have 530 hours total, and I'm on the edge of quitting this game for good.)
