Arbiter of ash after death bug

Hello, I encountered a bug where I killed the arbiter and died at the same time, I took a bit before respawning and it dropped it's items. After respawning the arbiter spawned in it's dying animation and bugged the map.

As you can see, the corpses around the area are still there, but the orb is on the ground but can't access any area aside from the starting path before facing the arbiter.
