Upgraded Supporter Pack - Unresolved Support Email Ticket


This was resolved by PlayStation after calling back and begging them to look again. It did take the game studio probably another two weeks before they even started Emailing me again.




On the 16th I upgraded my supporter pack to the last option for 39.99. I was not credited with anything I was supposed to get with that pack at that time. I put in a support ticket after 2 hours had passed and received an email from Cory the following day. Cory suggested I attempt to click the purchase again but that it was not necessary to purchase the pack. The idea was to make the system refresh and acknowledge that I made the purchase and credit my account. Well the game did not acknowledge the purchase and allowed the charge to go through again. I also did not get credit for this one and the pack remained available for purchase- even though it’s a one time buy.

I responded back to support with the results of now being charges 39.99 x 2, while receiving nothing in return. Rob responded to let me know it was a known issue and that my points etc... should be credited by the end of day. When I checked my account I had 400 points and the cosmetics I was due, which solves the first problem. There is still the matter of having sent 39.99 to GGG without any points/refund in return.

I emailed back and asked about the 2nd charge. Rory informed me that in order to receive a refund I would need to contact PlayStation. I did just that and I was told that "The purchase was already delivered and used by me and that it was ineligible for a refund". They would not listen to me or look at my screen shots proving I did not receive anything for my 39.99.

I sent all this information to GGG in the same email thread yesterday, and I sent a follow-up email today. I have gotten no response back. I am still waiting on GGG to make this right.

I would like a refund OR if GGG is unable to do that, I will accept the equivalent value of points added to my account to at least compensate me for the money that I spent. I have screen shots of everything. Accounts. charges. timestamps. Chat logs. emails. etc... and I am happy to provide them to anyone at GGG that can help me (all of these things have been provided already in previous emails).

I love this game. I have almost 500 hours in on one character. I have spent in game at least $200 on conveniences in support of this studio and their game. I am happy to keep doing so, but not if GGG will not make this right for me.
