Cannot use Shield charge on 2nd set of weapons after being stunned by Bloody Heart in Trial of Chaos

As the title says. Each time I get stunned by Bloody Heart, Shield Charge hotkey will stop switching to 2nd set of items and doing the skill. Have to remove and add the skill game for it to begin working again.

It doesn't work for me even if i remove the skill and add it again.
