Unable to use 'Wells' in hideouts

Most of the well variations were working fine before and just the large well was unusable, but now it seems none of the variations are letting me refill charges or even interact with them.. It appears only the wells from the towns are showing a prompt to interact

Same here. Works only if you first hit left stick to relocate them and release the relocate menu. And it works this way only time.
