Cannot progress

Hello, I am in Act 3 and just spent about an hour changing up my build, I finally got it how I wanted, went to go fight Peity in the Lunaria templed and now cannot get to her without crashing, this was happening while I was sorting out my build sitting in the Sarn town and travelling to the Library to buy skill gems. I crashed more than 5 times while this was happening. I just started a week ago, is this a server problem that will be resolved in time or do I need take steps to fix this?
