Mystery Box Cosmetic

In Path of Exile 2, I opened a mystery box and the item disappeared immediately as it came up. I cannot find the item anywhere. I even bought another mystery box and opened it, and that one came up in the cosmetics tab. So now I've opened 2 boxes and only 1 item showed up.

Same here. Just popped a few boxes and literally half of the cosmetic items don't show up anymore and I swear I got a map device skin that isn't showing up either. I can't check against a list either since what I got isn't listed anywhere outside of when I opened the boxes.

I also just had this issue. Opened 18 boxes, 10 armors/pets and 7 effects and the map device, but I cannot swap the map device. Did you ever get this sorted?

I also cant see the map device I received. Is there a way to check the cosmetics you should have received?
