PS5 buttons not working game play

Hi after the recent patch update today 1.023.000 my x button or any other buttons dont work.only option button
I can join a group use x button in group but not in general play I can’t play can’t enter new areas or open inventory chest talk to NPC’s ? What have you done? To the game? , I’ve reset my controller 3 x it works on other games not POE2
