item filters won't load or delete

As the title says, I used the site, I unfollowed all, tried new ones nothing. I have items filters listed that ive never followed and can't seem to delete from poe 2 in game. they don't show up here on the site.

I figured out the problem, for some reason this last patch gave me a second account name... so I had to link the 2 accounts and then link my console to the linked accounts. Thanks for reaching out to me
