No amulets or rings

I have not gotten a single amulet drop and I’m level 42. I had to trade a level 2 amulet from my sons character and still have yet to have one drop organically so I still have it on at level 42. Same with rings. I’ve had about 5 rings drop on a level 42 character which doesn’t make sense.
