Recombinator Not Showing Anywhere

I cannot get the recombination to show anywhere. I have tried adding it to hideouts, I have checked every hideout, I have tried to find it in the Ziggurat Refuge place you go to at the start of the end game, it is not anywhere.

I can add any other base item to maps just fine, but the recombination is simply not showing at all.

Does anyone know a workaround, am I missing something or do I have to wait for GGG to fix this?

So it's has happen before the patch its happening to me

the same with me the item does not work on xbox series x too about an hour ago i posted this and just now after i went to Kingsmarch and hired a few people or the town then i saw one and now the item is showing in my hideout. but until thin its been hidden the whole game.
