Heart Tether turns my skills off

Going to do my second ascendancy, and I picked heart tether condition.

When I am tethered it completely disables rake and disengage. There is nothing when taking the condition that says anything about disabling "travel" skills.

This is ridiculous, losing the ability to use my main attack skill is not okay. Either fix this or add something that lets a player know a bunch of your skills will just get turned off from this condition. Glad I noticed before it got me killed, here is a warning for those so they don't die as well!

just happened to me too i was so confused

Same issue here, seems to be disabling ANY skill with the travel tag.

Heart Tether disables all movement skills while in its radius.
