EROR CHARACTER PS5

When I go to the Dot league, an error pops up and I can't go to this character. But at the standard level, I can play my old one! I even created a new one on DOTH, the old one is stuck in a session on the map and constantly throws out and gives an error. Figure it out!
P. S. I create new character "stuckMap"
