Quest: The Slithering Dead - No corpse spawning

Current quest states:
- Legacy of the Vaal
> Return tot he Encampment and find Alva

- The Trials of Chaos
> Find a use for the Inscribed Ultimatum

- The Slithering Dead
> Travel to The Venom Crypts

Have gone to the crypts and cleared several times now. In the room with the checkpoint there are sarcophagi to loot, but no green interactable. Maybe my version of The Jungle Ruins does not spawn a correct Venom Crypts?

Am using no item filter.

Could not interact with corpse to finish the quest in act 3 or 6.
Resetting the instance and restarting the game made no difference.
