Bind Spectre: Dread Servant

Hi,

Captured this minion in Act 1 Cruel, tomb of the consort. Expected it to use its bonestorm move with the swirly green mini tornadoes however it doesn't. Is this intended or is it a bug?

Additionally, it would be useful to be able to see what abilities spectres can use in the advanced info section.
