Canada (East) gateway is creating instances in Vancouver (West Canada)

My network latency is bouncing from 10ms to 80ms between instances and noticed I was connecting to servers ranging from Montreal to Vancouver!

The 3 servers I got connected to while testing :
79.127.233.211 (Vancouver)
184.107.183.199 (Montreal)
174.142.241.141 (Laval)

(Location according to ipinfo.io)

It's random when selecting Canada (East) as gateway unfortunately
