Trial Of Sekhemas Quest Not Starting

I picked up the first Djinn badge and the quest says to "Return to Caravan and speak to Zarka". I have exhausted all dialogue options and cleared the campaign to Act 3. Still cannot talk to Zarka to start the first Trial.

Also cannot teleport to players in the Trial of Sekhemas Waypoint. it says "You are not on the required Quest State".

I am also having this issue!

Edit: I never killed Balbala the Traitor in the Traitor's Passage and picked up the quest Djinn.

Something to note:

This is causing confusion for players.

You can still drop a non-quest variant of the Djinn by killing monsters which will cause the quest dialogue to activate even if you haven't fought Balbala.

I did not. Ended up just rolling an entirely new character.
