Freythorn Espirit "bug" while shutdown energy pc

Hello,

I completed the Freythorn boss (act 1 cruel) and got +30 spirit. However, my inventory was full to get the item that converts the 30 spirit, but while I was going to the city, there was a power outage in the neighborhood and when I came back, I was at the Clearfell camp and the portal had already closed...

Did I lose those 30 points? Or is there any way to recover them?
