Hardcore turning to Softcore resets stash affinities & Renly's Tools quest

As title states, dying in hardcore and continuing as softscore seems to clear all stash tab affinity settings, as well as resetting Renly's Tools quest so the salvage bench is not available. The quest is available to complete again.

I also just encountered this bug. I died in Act 2 and after respawing in softcore my workbench was gone.

This is normal since these things are tied to the league, not character.
