Exception - Get Adapter Info Error message

So I have tried every fix I could find for this and still can't get the game to launch. I'm at the end of my rope. I have no idea how to get this game to run. If anyone has anything that worked for them I'd greatly appreciate it.

I have gotten literally zero help from support. They just sent me a link to this forum and haven't given any response since. Fantastic

I was told by support that someone from the team would respond if I posted here...

This was never an issue for me until I updated to windows 11. Now the game won't start and I get this error message.

I've looked at other posts and i've tried messing around with monitor settings, downloading video card drivers and uninstalling/reinstalling... none of this worked.

Anyone?

Just started getting this error a couple days ago. I've validated files, reinstalled, restarted system, downloaded new video drivers, nothing fixes it.

Nothing has changed on my system. I've played fine since release, then now I can't even boot up for days now. Guess my attention will have to go to playing something else.

Downloaded and installed an older Nvidia driver and the error went away.
Currently using v566.36.
