Twofold Bug

Tried to test this support gem a bunch on Falling Thunder. It seems like it might be proccing the damage, but at no point did it ever add the additional lightning projectiles.
The test was just getting one charge and using it over and over; and it never did more that three lightning projectiles. The wording would imply it should.
