Weapon Swap Lock

Where is the Weapon Swap Lock?
It was teased for 0.2.0 and here we are approaching 0.2.0g with no further mention?

GGG did fix the spirit cost of gems on weapon groups which was a big plus, but the duality if weapon builds is still prohibitively expensive without the weapon swap lock.

We're approaching 0.3.0. Weapon lock is no more relevant I suppose :(
