Reaver Skeleton bug

Did some testing with reaver skeletons to see how much they degen. it seems like with even leech support and mass rejuvination notable and even regen on scepter and font of blood. they degen at same rate as if no life can be regenerated during their command skill. not sure if intended or command negates all regen effects.

Reavers seem to be completely bugged with the degen doing things like this and the attack speed bonus from rage not working. They are currently worse than skeletal warriors in dps/spirit with no upsides.
