I CANT TRADE WITH PEOPLE

some friends tried to trade with me and the pop up window doesnt show after a few seconds is says trade declined

What character level are you / them?

Any error messages displayed in the chat or trade windows when you attempt to trade?

If you're under level 25 but have a character in another league above 25 you may need to log into that character to clear this bug.

im level 32 and play on PS5
