character not connecting in path of exile 2. ps5 platform

I'm trying to enter Path off Exile 2, with my character, but when selecting the character, the game keeps loading infinitely. So I closed the game and opened it again and selected another character that I have, then the game entered normally. But I can't access the game with my strongest character. Ps5 console
