I'm not earning Atlas points!

Right now I just completed a Nexus 9+ using a tier 15 map, everything went perfectly, but when I finished killing the final boss, the NPC Doryani didn't show up to give me the two atlas points. I'm so angry, seriously, I spent 4 hours looking for this Nexus on the map, and I swear I'm really angry, to the point that I want to sue you guys, because you think my life time is worthless, either you give me the points back or I swear to the devil I'll go to hell to sue you guys. This is the second time this has happened to me, the first time was when I completed a single map, and I didn't get any points either. Seriously, I'm sick with rage.
