PS5 GAME CRASH ALL TIME!!!!

I can’t start game because it’s a crash!! I select my character, it loads and the game crashes with an error!!! and it happens all the time!!! this is the second act!! can you fix it or move my staff to another place!! the game always crashes in the 2nd act!!!

Same thing is happening to me PS5 pro Act 2
