Is act 2 bugged in poe 2

I think that your act 2 when start load for the town keeps crashing and I am on a PS5 and I I tried multiple times logging into my chats in the hunt league it keeps crashing and Will not load sent multiple reports about it please fix this I would like to play on my two chairs I have on the hunt league
