Couch coop menu bug

When playing two player couch coop sometimes changing menu tabs will close the menu causing us to restart the game too many times a day.

We have this problem as well since 0.2. It seems that the problem is correlated to the salvage bench.

We can reliably reproduce this bug the following way:

1. Start in Couch coop.
2. Go to the salvage bench.
3. Open inventory.
4. Press RB/LB to change tabs => Menu closes itself.
