Maps and trial of chaos stuck in infinite load screen

Game is literally UNPLAYABLE. this has been the main issue since the new season started and is crazy it hasn't been fixed yet. Super super annoying to login to a character only to be trapped in a load screen where I can hear people whispering me to buy gear im selling
