Fix the scroll while reading advanced info on skills

Currently, is impossible to read some information on advanced info in a skill, the crappy scroll goes all the way bottom or up, I NEED TO READ THE INFORMATION AT THE MIDDLE! Do you guys even have QA to test the game? My God looks like there are a lot of interns developing the game
