Stuck in loading screen-Trial of chaos

I fimished killing tge final boss of the trial went back to town to empty my storage. When I went back in the portal I am stuck in the loading screen. I tried closing the game, restarting my PS5 and still always stuck. Anything I can do! Help!!

Have same issue, done things in same way lile you+ my ascendancy points gone

While reading through previous posts, I found a solution to this problem. Unfortunately, you’ll need two PS5 controllers. You have to connect a second player and create a new character for them in the same league. This will transport you to the starting location, which will load along with the new character. After that, you just need to complete the first area, and the problem will be solved. I hope this helps someone!
