0.2h hot fix and 0.2g - Never starts up

Got a new desktop. All other games work fine. POE2 though won't even load up. click start and just black screen and then crashes to desktop. only this game.

We are in the same boat..The game used to work for me and recently it went black screen.. I tried every possible fix out there still no success.. I hope they will fix something in 0.2h
