Completed 3rd ascendancy and alter didnt give points

I finished my 3rd ascendancy and interacted with the statue that was supposed to give me points, clicked it a few times in case I was missing something, looked around and teleported back to town thinking maybe then i'll get the points. Now im back in town with no points and I cant tp back. What can I do ?

I have that exact same problem, and the idol said this will grant ascendency points :(
