Omen of Amelioration

I just died with the omen active in my inventory and the omen wasn’t consumed and I lost 10% of my XP. This has happened twice now.

This happens to me 3 out of 5 times I die. Omen is activated but doesn't always get triggered. I die... check inventory and It's still there & still activated.

Buggy AF!

Make sure that you didn't use any omen on the same map before. For example, if you used omen of resurgence and after that you toggle Omen of Amelioration, it won't work.

It is in the description of the Omens that trigger in combat areas.

Thanks for the reminder. Just realized that I didn't look at the grey lines all the time although I know how it works.

Feels like they need to make the line blue as I see quite some people didn't notice it.

Ya, this hasnt happened to me on Windows 10. However, it has been happening pretty frequently to one of my friends on Xbox. The omen of amelioration is basically a roll of the dice every time he dies. Either it will work, or it will do nothing and just remain active in his inventory. He doesnt use any of the other combat omens, so there is no conflict there.

You can only use that omen ONCE per instance... it does say it on the item.
if you already died once in that instance, then tried to activate another omen, it will show active but wont trigger.

Harsh and bit silly, but best move is if ya die, count ya lose on that map and just create a new instance unfortunatly, (or risk carrying on)
