Playstation 5 in game play laggy and jerking

Hello GGG, its been like 3 days since this issue is affecting us. Constant laggy and jerking all over when i am playing. When are you people going to fix this ? Sometimes stuck at loading screen too. If this issue persist kindly offer a refund option. I did not purchase the supporter packs for this garbage game play experience
