Map Castaway (unic map) failed bug

I opened the map castaway and the map dont gerenate portals to enter in the map. I reseted my hidenout and after i entered again in my hidenout the map is now showing failed and a I´m now with 36/40 points in atlas, so I want my book point from this bug. Its inaceitable bug.
