POE2: omen of ameliaration not always working

Losing a lot of xp due to an active omen of amelioration not working as it should. It ocured when at least one objective of the map is completed. Death does not trigger the active omen to protect from losing xp. I lost 20% of xp at level 92 due to this bug that is annoying a lot!

I've lost like 60prec on lvl 91 ... it's really frustraiting

I also experienced this. I don't have anything to add however, I was unable to identify any patterns for when it would or wouldn't happen. It was only happening a few days ago, and I haven't noticed it since then.

Only one Omen can be used per combat Area.
