Phaaryl Megalith map end loot bugged

I cleared the map, but had a full inventory so opened a portal to go sell and come back, but after returning the clickable runes for getting loot from the first 9 bosses couldn't be clicked, lost all the loot that should have been there.

Also the zone now says more than 50 monsters remaining, but I full cleared before the bosses and no monsters exist in the instance.
