I was playing as normal and my game froze and kicked me and said I performed too many actions, when I returned to the game all my settings had been reset and I can’t type anything in chat it just says unable to perform that action while muted .. pls help It makes it pretty hard to trade

If you want to appeal a chat mute, contact Support.
Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
