What is going on with the lag spikes and stuttering?

This is really annoying and been going for too long.

Game is stuttering and lagging no matter what EU server I connect to. I have good network connection, no problems with any other online game and stable latency when I ping the PoE2 servers directly.

The game is barely playable and not really fun in this state.

GGG please, can we get any acknowledgement that this is being looked into or worked on? This is affecting many players on the EU servers.
