Default Bow Attack + Martial Tempo + Lightning Infusion breaks Gemcutting screen for Poison Burst

Issue: Support Gem Cutting screen reports ALL GEMS unable to be socketed in Poison Burst

Reproduction:
1) Place Martial Tempo and Lightning Infusion in Default Bow Attack skill
2) Equip Poison Burst gem
3) Right click an Uncut Support Gem and note all the exclamation marks (!)
4) Remove either Martial Tempo or Lightning Infusion and Exclamation Marks disappear

1) Playing Hardcore Dawn of the Hunt
2) Monk, Acolyte of Chayula
3) Level 45 in Hideout
