Ingenuity not gaining Charm Charges.

Ever since the G update. My Ingenuity belt isn't allowing me to gain charm charges on rarity charms. Works just fine for any other belt as shown in pictures above. Even tried another Ingenuity and bought new charms, but same result.

Get an Ingenuity belt that doesn't increase the number of charm charges used.
Or some source of reduced charm charges used, like the small passives leading up to the Woodland Aspect notable passive.

Same answer. Your belt is increasing the amount of charm charges you use and your equipped charms don't have enough max charges to be used.
