#1,951,112,070 Skill Gems break repeatedly

Equipped Flame Wall skills break, showing "This information is currently available" in the Skills menu fold-out gem information panel, and can't be mapped to control inputs (they simply don't show as equipped skills).

I've seen this with another skill gem on another character, but in that case the issue fixed itself after a hard quit & login.

This is the next day, and a replacement Fire Wall (upgraded from 2 to 3*) gem that was working last night, has done the same thing.

I was able to get the Information panel to populate by moving the skill gem to the top of the stack, but it's actually showing the Info for the skill below it (which was previously in this slot).

If I now move it around to other slots, it retains the title 'Blasphemy', and it's basic Description, but doesn't continue to display the stats for Blasphemy.

Loading the gems into another character, they work fine, so it looks like the character is broken, not the skill per se.
