Rare monster stuck out of bounds (cannot complete map)

Since the monster took some damage I imagine I accidentely pushed it out of bounds with either Flash Grenade or Galvanic Shards where it than got stuck.

Regardless, I tried to somehow get some more damage in (aoe, etc.) but it wasn't reachable so the map couldn't be completed.
