Random Lag and Map Portals Dissappear

I was just clearing my inventory, got a slight lag spike, then suddenly my portals just broke and dissappeared. I've tried relogging etc and they wont reappear. I was halfway through a map with 3 portals left, and now have lost all progress. Servers have been laggier recently, but this is a joke. Losing a decently juiced map midway through is bullshit.
