Viper Napuatzi stuck

During the boss fight, Viper Napuatzi will get stuck outside the arena, behind the shields- no way to damage her. Her attacks don't hit either, but it makes the encounter impossible to finish. Will re-attempt. Image: https://postimg.cc/t15Ss0Km
