Phaaryl Megalith - Rune chests not openable

Killed all the bosses, picked up the loot portling in and out, last thing I want to do is open the rune chests from killing the bosses and whadda ya know they're all inactive as if no bosses were killed.

They had the labels on all 8 of the runes on the ground while I was picking up loot just fine, but last trip back - poof they're all gone.

3 of the runes still have the blue light showing, the rest are greyed back out to normal stone.
