Ascent to power on normal is bugged

Started a new character and I killed balbala the traitor, once she dropped Djinn barya first time, I pressed the button to drop it and then went to town. My guild had a another barya and now my quest says speak with Zarka. But I don't have anything to speak to her about, there's no option for me to go to trials location.

I have tried reboot the game
Tp another player who is in trial of sekehmas but I'm unable to due to quest progress
Tried switching different characters
Brought a low level barya at level 24
Make a new instance and killed balbala 3 times

But issue persists. It seems like the quest item drop doesn't drop again and have tried with other players so now I'm bugged out of the quest and unable to reach the location. My current quest still says return to caravan and speak with Zarka.

Any help on this. I have checked few other players have this issue. With no fix
